Family Tech CIC is a community-led digital inclusion organisation helping people build confidence with technology, access essential online services, and feel more connected in everyday life. We support residents who face barriers to digital access, including older adults, disabled people, low-income households, and people seeking work.
Why We Exist
Technology is now central to daily life, from healthcare and education to benefits, communication, and employment. But many people still struggle with access, confidence, or support.
Family Tech CIC exists to bridge that gap. We provide practical, in-person support that helps people use technology safely and independently. Our long-term vision is to create a welcoming Digital Inclusion Hub in Southwark where the community can drop in for help, learn new skills, and feel supported.
